As most of you might know we are nothing else than a bundle of Energy.
And this energy is moving in this chunk of consciousness what we call our body.
For years I had neglected my physical body, why, I don’t know. I just never really took the effort to feel, see, understand, respect it. Until that day, my body said, Hey You I am not going to bring you anywhere, until you understand me, care for me and respect me. And it stopped walking. It stopped moving. Although this was one of my most challenging time, it had taught me so so so much more.
Besides seeing a lot of hospitals and seeing all kind of different doctors. I learned one big lesson. This body is a buddle of Energy. And if there is some blockage in your energy flow all different kind of things are happening.
After a couple of years seeing hospitals and doctors I decided to try out the alternative way. First with Ayurveda, after some pancha karma treatments I started to walk again. But the treatments where in India, and since I lost my job, it was not really easy to be there each six months. J
After sometime, I tried out Bioresonance therapy this is a form of electromagnetictherapy. I was highly impressed. It is measuring the energy frequency of the organs, muscles etc. In the first session, I was totally out of balance. This doctor who is also a family doctor, instructed me to keep a special diet, have more calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and B12 and he said it will take a long long time.
Happy that at least there is possibility to get back in my own energy, I bravely took the vitamins and minerals. 4 weeks later when I had my second appointment, I just had finished assisting a part 1 course wherein I was allowed to teach a couple of knowledge points, yoga, breathing techniques and processes. The grace of the Guru just flows. Two days after the course when I went back, he measured the energy of my body... and he said.. hmm.. everything is in balance, you don’t need to come back. The magic of our Art of Living courses.
So since then, I know my energy level is going up and down, and up and down. I know that most of it got to do with my own state of mind. How much tension I feel or better said allow myself to feel etc etc. Lately I could notice that my physical body is getting backwards again.
Like Angels are in the sky, so are friends on the planet. My friend suddenly called and shared with me a personal story and her energy doctor. So I thought to give it a try, it’s called Touch for Health. In here they let your muscles tell the story. And again I was amazed. The doctor, who is also a studied physiotherapist, could tell me things about my past incidents, saying that my muscles are saying it. Impressive isn't it?
Somehow I find it quite a challenge to go through this, but it seems to be working.
