Today I had a very interesting conversation. Yes with the Energy doc. Due the public transport I arrived a bit too late, and therefore our treatment couldn’t proceed. But instead we had a wonderful conversation about impact of words.
How the impact of words, are working on our body, our mind, our surrounding, our consciousness.
The ones who has done the Advance Course (silence course) and who really kept the good silence, they know strength of moun vrat. When we open our silence and we utter our first words, you can really feel the strength, the blessing, behind the word. And some of us also could feel how the first word is absorbed by the universe in our inner universe as well as our outer universe. Each time when Guruji (Sri Sri Ravi Shankar) breaks His moun vrat during Navratri, I can even feel it in each and every cell in my body.
I recall one of my precious conversations with my nani (grandmother) wherein as child she made me aware of not using a couple of words. She said, don’t use words as Hate, cause once that is imbedded inside of you, it becomes very difficult to feel love. Also she used to say don’t swear or make promises which you know at forehand you can’t make true. If you made a promise you should full fill it. She said that once you swear this strong promise, this impression remains in the consciousness until you have full filled it, and by not full filling it can cause harm. Another thing nani said, was not to talk negative about another, to us kids she used to give the example, if you say that kid is dumb or stupid, you yourself become dumb or stupid.
Words, sometimes they come so easy and we are not aware of how we use them. J
Throughout my life, always have believed in experiences, once I experience something, it has my trust.
Today, with the energy doc, we did a test. He asked me to stretch my arm and keep it strong and he would push it down.
The first time he said: TRY to keep your arm strong and straight? He pushed and my arm went down.
The second time he said: JUST keep your arm strong and straight? He pushed my arm and it stayed effortless strong and straight. Really effortlessly, like I didn’t have to put any strength in it.
The third time he said: You HAVE TO (MUST) keep your arm strong and straight? I was biting my lips, keeping my teeth’s together, making a fun face, to give as much power as possible. He pushed….. and my arm easily went downwards.
Isn’t this amazing? For me this was so mind-blowing, to really experience the strength of words and the connection with it, the connection with the body.
He said, TRY means it’s not going to happen. Each word that has a double meaning, like perhaps, maybe, has the same impact as TRY. Everything what you HAVE TO (MUST) do, is creating so much stress inside that it is going to fail. But when you say or think, Oh I will just go and get the groceries, or I will just go and do this or that, I am going to work, Oh i will just quickly do it etc etc..it becomes effortless. He said that when someone is asking him how many clients he has? His answer is one, I only see one client at the time, not 10 nor 20 (He is working like 10hrs a day, with a min of 20 clientsJ ).
He has changed his thinking pattern, his habits, his situations and circumstances by just changing his words.
According to Christianity:
.[Gen. 1:1–2:3] Creation is performed by divine incantation: on the first day God says, "Let there be light!" and light appears.
God SAID and it appeared, it got created. What would happen if God had said: Maybe there should be light? Wondering if light would be there?
Words and their impact, I am sure there are much more mysteries behind it, but for now, I JUST become more aware of the words I am using J .
Anju, these are Guruji's words; "Your words, your dreams, and your thoughts have power to create conditions in your life. Whatyou speak about, you can bring about."
